【Signature Event】Inclusive Para Sports Day 2024 cum Paris 2024 Paralympic Games 100-Day Countdown　Promoting a caring and inclusive society

To receive the 100-day countdown to the Paris Paralympic Games, "Inclusive Para Sports Day 2024", co-organized by Noah's Ark HK and China Hong Kong Paralympic Committee and supported by us, was successfully held at Noah's Ark Hong Kong. The event drew the participation from over 300 students from special schools and their parents. Through athlete sharing and para sports trial sessions, the event provided students with the opportunity to discover their athletic potential and promoted a spirit of care and inclusion.

The event featured special guests including Mr. Thomas Kwok, Senior Director of Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited; Mrs. Jenny Fung SBS BBS JP, President of the China Hong Kong Paralympic Committee; Mr. Zhu Jianping, Deputy Head of Sports Section of the Department of Publicity, Cultural and Sports Affairs of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the HKSAR; Hon Vincent Cheng Wing-shun MH JP, Chairman of the Legislative Council Panel on Home Affairs, Culture and Sports; Dr. John Leung Lai Yin, Vice President of the China Hong Kong Paralympic Committee and Chef de Mission of the Hong Kong, China Delegation to the Paris Paralympic Games; Yu Chui Yee, BBS MH, Wheelchair Fencer; Ho Yuen Kei, Boccia Player; Chong Kung Yuen, Athletics Athlete and representatives from special schools. The guests officially kicked off the event with a torch relay ceremony, conveying the core values of the Paralympic Games that symbolize the spirit of perseverance, and promoting inclusion for people with and without disabilities.

Several para sports trial sessions were available, including wheelchair fencing, para table tennis, sitting volleyball, wheelchair tennis, bocce, and para rowing, allowing students to experience para sports and unleash their athletic potential.
