To celebrate Mother's Day, we sponsored 50 mothers and children from Caritas Mutual Aid Centre for Single Parent Families to participate in "Thanksgiving for You" Joy at the Ark Mother's Day Event at Noah’s Ark Hong Kong. The event was designed to strengthen family bonds through parent-child workshops. The "Sustainability Youth Ambassadors" served as volunteers, documenting precious family moments through photography and event planning while learning how to design engaging and meaningful activities.
During the event, parents and children portrayed as "little artists" explore Ma Wan Park Nature Garden to collect various types of leaves and create unique plant-stamped eco-friendly bags, turning nature's beauty into cherished souvenirs and unforgettable memories. After that, participants engaged in simple stretching exercises and abdominal breathing, learning methods to relax and relieve stress. After the workshops, they explored Noah’s Ark exhibits and enjoyed a fruitful buffet lunch, immersing themselves in a joyful family atmosphere and celebrating a heartwarming Mother's Day.
