2026-27 The “Inspire, Empower, Transform” Project – Open Tender

We have successfully applied for Social Welfare Department’s “Partnership Fund for the Disadvantaged” (11th Round Dedicated Portion Application). The “Inspire, Empower, Transform” project will be launched from March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027, benefiting 13,000 persons. It aims at providing diverse extracurricular activities for deprived secondary and primary school students, helping them deepen self‑understanding, establish life goals and positive thinking, strengthen resilience, and cultivate an optimistic attitude toward life.

The project consists of three in-depth learning day camps:
1. “ Life and Death ” Life Exploration Camp (for senior secondary school students) Through visits to funeral supply and clothing shops, crematoria/columbarium gardens, and a “simulated coffin” experience, students broaden their understanding of death. They are encouraged to reflect on the meaning of life from different perspectives, strengthen awareness of cherishing life, and develop positive thinking about how to live meaningfully.

2. “ Discover and Treasure Yourself ” Career Planning Camp (for secondary school students) Using personality assessment tools, students gain self‑awareness and explore the relationship between personality and career choices. With the growth model concept and simulated workplace activities, they identify personal strengths and limitations, learn to set goals, enhance confidence, and improve autonomy and decision‑making skills.

3. “ Abundant Life ” Positive Emotion Camp (for primary school students) Through emotional exploration and team challenges, students strengthen their social skills and teamwork. Mask‑creation and role-playing activities help students express emotions and develop stress coping skills. Group tasks enhance communication, while building model cars for competitions fosters creativity, collaboration, positive thinking, resilience, and an optimistic mindset.

We sincerely invite organizations that care about the physical and mental health development of children and youth, and have experience in organizing relevant activities to participate in the tendering. The quoted items mainly include trainers, materials, venue, meal and transportation arrangements. Please refer to the tender document for details.
